Game code is printed on this physical card, it is not a scratch-off code. Originally came in a steelbook case but the case is not included. Only the card shown is included. Card is slightly wrinkled (see photo). Buyer can choose to have the code sent by eBay message, or we can mail the actual card to the winner.
