I haven't tried to clean it up so it will look better when you're done with it.  It does have a rub mark along one of the mounting flange edges.  It looks like somebody knicked it with a wrench.  There is a small divot taken out of the flange.  Does not impact functionality and is repairable with some aluminum rod or however you do that.  I just wanted you to know.  Nice rare piece.
