Up for sale is a chrome Nikon F 35mm SLR body, serial #6472650, which comes with a Photomic finder, serial #896883; also included is a generic body cap but obviously no lens.  I haven't tested this camera with film, but the shutter speeds seem reasonably accurate and the film-advance winder moves smoothly.  There is corrosion inside the battery chamber as shown in the 9th photo, but when I put a 1.5v battery in the finder and raise the flag, the meter needle moves to the left both inside the viewfinder and atop it.  However, when I put a lens on the camera it doesn't seem to be giving readings at all; at best I would describe the needle's movements as erratic (when it moves at all--mostly it's just stationary even when light changes dramatically).  Some of this could be a voltage issue, but I suspect that the finder is in need of some sort of repair.  Cosmetically, there is moderate overall wear to the body, but heavy wear to the finder, including lots of paint and finish loss along with some bumpiness to the black paint on the back and side of the finder.  Please be sure to fully enlarge the provided photos, and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
