This vintage Cross ballpoint pen is marked "CROSS 10KT GOLD FILLED - USA Electroplated Emblem". The clip has the symbol of the Bell Telephone Company. It is in its original box with guarantee & instructions booklet but I have no idea of the model number. It works and the ink color is blue.
It is in good preowned condition with minor age wear. Please see all the pictures for finer detail and ask any questions that might be helpful.
