A scant but rare pamphlet on Victorian architecture, both residential and commercial with 9 examples in a similar format (see interior sample pictures). There are a lot of Victorian houses in the Elmira-Corning area, likely the main reason for this little booklet. I doubt there are many of these still around. Very Good condition. 5 5/8" x 8 1/2"
