Beautifully made it is a circular shape with a starburst design to the bottom and standing on three ball feet.

It is marked to the base, Crescent Moon, Crown, 800, WTB, which I believe is Wilheim Binder of Schwabisch Gmund which was founded in 1868

 In good condition with minimal dimples, marks and scuffs consistent age and it may need a final polish.
