DELIVERY INFO:
Please check the map in the product gallery as delivery is free but charges apply to some areas.
We would like to inform that delivery to postcodes with the additional charge will be made within 3 weeks from the date of purchase (NOT AS SHOWN IN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE). We'll make every effort to schedule your delivery as soon as possible.
- We can’t guarantee the lead-time to an exact date, but we do give you the best and most accurate information available. We certainly won’t tell you it will be with you tomorrow if we know it’s not going to be.
- At the time of ordering, most products state the estimated delivery time.
- The customer will be ALWAYS notified minimum 2 days prior to the delivery.
- Goods are delivered 6 days per week between 6.30am and 10.00pm.
- Once you agree to accept the delivery and for any reason, you are not present at the delivery address, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £50.00.
- Customer must be present on the delivery day. ( we can not leave parcels in garden or safe place etc. )
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- Any order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and delivery of the goods.
- All items must be checked within 48 hours of delivery. Any damage must be reported to us straight away.
- We are unable to offer collection service.
- Buyer must arrange and pay for the return of the goods and will be refunded the full buying price.
- Goods must be returned to the Seller in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the Buyer and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
- In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts.
Please remember: ITEMS PARTIALLY OR FULLY ASSEMBLED CANNOT BE RETURNED.
