Absolutely adorable Gunne saks style prairie dress from a little girl. Long sleeves, button back, elastic waist with a tie. Seems to be a cotton or cotton blend material. Great condition, normal wear and will try to press neck bow but overall really great.

Tag size is a 10 but please check measurements, not sure how that converts to modern children sizes.
