I bought this new in 2004 in the Marvel Select “Spider-Man VS Doctor Octopus” set that it came in.  But, I never thought the Spidey figure in that set was very good, and certainly not up to the caliber of this Ock, so I displayed him with other figures. 

He’s been maintained in essentially “like new” condition, and has no issues or flaws.
