VTech Small Business System CM18445 4-Line Corded Desk Phone. Tested and works great! NO STAND, but comes with DC 9-volt Adapter power supply. It is not the original power supply adapter, and phone says for DC 6-Volt. I will include this, but up to you if you want to use it. Battery compartment (4-AAA, not included) is also clean and corrosion free.

Condition is Pre-owned and in excellent condition.  No original box, but will be shipped securely with USPS Priority Mail.
