This is a vintage Gamewell fire alarm station box. This item came from an estate sale.  The key used to open the box is a replacement.  The internal mechanism is in working condition and gears begin turning when the switch is engaged. This box has been mounted to a wooden base and a very nice US Army Signal Corps bell has been mounted on the rear. I was able to apply 110V AC to try and test. The bell rings once when plugged in. I then pulled the alarm handle which should have begun to ring the bell, but nothing happened. The bell should ring twice, have a brief pause, then ring four more times to indicate this is box 24. I sure someone knows how to make the bell ring when the lever is pulled. Photos are part of the items’ overall condition.
