This is the Activision Guitar Hero Live guitar, model #0000654. Comes WITH the dongle, which works with the PlayStation 3 (PS3) and Wii U.

The guitar is in very good working condition! Fully functional, with only minor scratches!

While the included dongle works only with PS3 and Wii U, the guitar itself is cross platform compatible, provided you have the correct dongle. For example, if you have the Guitar Hero Live dongle for PS4 then you can use the guitar on your PS4. Hope that helps answer a few common questions.
