HP Vectra VL400 Pentium III 866MHz SFF PC

A nice small form factor HP Vectra VL400 Pentium 3 PC.  This has 128MB PC133 SDRAM, a 10GB hard drive, and a clean install of Win98SE, with all drivers for the onboard graphics, network, and sound installed. This is in original condition with just the hard drive having been changed.

Please note!
1) There's some uneven yellowing on the top of the case and lighter patches from where stickers were removed.
2) I'm not sure exactly how the lid securing mechanism is meant to work but something appears to be damaged or missing as there's nothing to hold it closed.  Hence the tape you can see in the pics.  If you're using it as a normal desktop the monitor will do that job anyway.
3) As you can see there are 3 horizontal PCI slots, so there's room to add something like a Voodoo to make this a good base for a solid Windows retro gaming PC.
4) I have not set this up as one of my usual Replay PCs builds with DOS games etc -- the onboard sound does not have any pure DOS support for OPL/FM (software wavetable only, ie, in Windows).  Fine for Windows gaming but if you want something for DOS I'd really recommend an older PC, or you could add something to this like a SB Live which has decent FM emulation.
5) You will need a PS/2 keyboard and mouse for this PC.

A note on postage
Yes, postage is included within Australia (local pickup also available) - sent via courier, with signature required. (Please ignore eBay's delivery time. For most locations from Perth it should be 5-8 business days but could be up to double that depending on destination). Note that I always pack very carefully and also send with insurance.

Why buy from me?
I believe my vintage PCs are some of the best available on eBay, and at a very competitive price - with postage included. You're not just buying a box of some random parts, or an untested PC with who knows what on the hard drive. Replay PCs represents computers that have been meticulously cleaned, formatted, set up from scratch and tested, with anything replaced that isn't working properly. I optimise BIOS settings where appropriate, replace the CMOS battery, and generally just treat every computer as if I was building it for myself... I usually am, which is why they can be hard to part with sometimes! The end result is that you get something that works straight away and brings you joy.
