Up for auction is Super Mario 64 for the Nintendo 64 complete with box, instruction manual and inserts.  The game is tested and working.  The game cartridge has some visible wear noted under light which includes indents/markings/scuffs on the front and back label and some scratches/scuffs around the cartridge case.  Please see the photos.  The box has significant shelf wear all around like dents/scratches/corner wear/edge wear/ect.  The inserts include the Nintendo Power Players Guide offer, the Nintendo 64 consumer information booklet, and the instruction manual.  All of the inserts show considerable wear and use.  The manual looks as if it has been flipped through/read many times and shows significant crease/bends/ect.  All pages are intact, no rips/tears/writing/ect.
