This is an 8x10 photo, hand signed by former University of Tennessee quarterback Heath Shuler who played for the Volunteers from 1991-1993. Pictured here during his pro career with the Washington Redskins.  He was also a congressman from North Carolina from 2007-2013.  

Autograph was obtained in the mid 1990's in person from seller at an autograph session.  Ticket for session is included with purchase.
