These beautiful salt and pepper shakers were a wedding gift in late 1950's from friends in Norway.  I have used them many times for dinner parties of eight, so the lids show wear and discoloration - probably from the salt.  They have Guilloche enamel lids in colors of yellow, light blue, teal, aqua, white, green, cobalt blue, and red.  The red lid shows an area on the left where the enamel has worn (see pix).  The right side of the lid is a light reflection.  They are 1.5" tall and 1.25" square bottom.  Cut glass in a cris-cross or diamond pattern.  I have not polished the marked "sterling" lids.
The original box comes with as well as the price tag on the bottom of two shakers!
