Brand New Talking Kamala Harris doll. Item is new but doesn’t seem to be talking may need new batteries, or perhaps the plastic tag has not been removed. She is still in factory packaging bubble wrap, I didn’t want to disassemble it to find out. However item is in great like new condition.
