Note for the first boot:

Application method:
1.    Select the required sleeve or pad worm by upper limb or lower Iimb), connect the sleeve or pad with the controller When wearing the upper limb sleeve remove the watch ring and bracelet, or a may damage the body or damage the sleeve when wearing the lower limb sleeves, remove the objects in trouser pockets and then use the massager, otherwise  the body or the sleeve may be damaged due to the pressure; put on the clothes when using the massager (in the use, the zipper may slide down, so the massager cannot be used on bare body), zip up and buckle the sleeve zipper (otherwise the zipper will slide down  to damage the air chamber in the sleeve);
2.Switch on the power supply, and tum on the power switch
3. Set the time (30 minutes or less) and pressure according to the demands, after the massage pad operates for 12 hours, shut down the massager
