Antique Hand Painted European Pedestal Serving Dish

A beautiful antique porcelain dish on a pedestal. It is decorated with a cobalt border and pedestal with gilt highlights. It has a wonderful yellow floral decoration in the center of the dish. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It has a blue mark on the bottom that we cannot decipher. Please see photos for description and condition.

It measures 4 1/2" tall, it is 11" x 8 1/2" on the top.
