This guitar is being sold as a PROJECT and while it's in perfectly fine playing condition, this Martin has had some repairs worth note. At some point, the bridge has been reglued, and during this repair, the top of the body has been oversprayed with clear lacquer, and a Bridge Doctor has been installed to continue to stabilize the top in the future. The work seems to be well done, but the finish isn't a professional job; this guitar originally had a satin finished top, and a gloss clear was used in the overspray, and then lightly sanded down in attempt to make the finish appear satin, so there are some random scratches over the entire top. There are also some light fisheyes in random spots in the top finish, and you can feel the ridge between where the new and old finishes meet where the guitar was masked off along the top/side joint. There is some light glue or finish residue on the treble side wing of the bridge, and the inlay in the bridge that covers the mounting point of the Bridge Doctor is a little rough and could possibly use a quick cleanup. The pickguard is also not original.

Otherwise, this guitar is in great condition with only some light playing wear. There are a few scuffs over the back of the body, some light scratches on the pickguard, and some light tarnishing on the hardware. Otherwise, there are a few light scuffs and swirl marks over the body, but solid condition overall. With a little TLC, this will make an excellent playing and sounding guitar.
