Vintage Record No. 4 Bench Plane

Circa estimated early 1970s

Vintage Record boxed No. 4 bench smoothing plane presented in clean authentic condition.

This example has brass fittings and an original Record cutter with a good length remaining.

Has some minor usage and oxidisation in places commensurate to it’s age, rear handle retains original decal. Complete with original box & documentation, albeit a little worn with age.

Overall a good user plane, making easy shavings on pine board as shown.
