It looks like this book was published sometime in the 1820's based on similar ones I've seen on E-Bay.
It looks like a critical page is gone near the front cover that would have identified that - that's a shame.
The book's covers are detached - which you can see in pics.
Inside, it looks like all pages are in there and are nice and straight - no dog-eared pages, and they seem to be all present - so the inside is in good shape.
