This item is in excellent condition and the tapestry itself, without including loops, measures 23.5" long and 29.5" tall. French phrase of "Si na bles n'a dessoubz les cieulx je ne" is on a banner above a ship and crest with a man and woman on either side. Individual picture components are edged in metal stitching. Border of tapestry is an ornate gold ribbon. Attached is a decorative metal rod that measures 31.5” long. This comes from a smoke and pet free home.
