Watch is not running.  Is fully wound, but won't run.  Crystal has scuffs and a small crack.  

Dial appears to be in nice condition, and the hands have some "bluing" (and faded glow in the dark?) colors.  

Also, I could not open the watch so not sure what works it has.  I'm guessing it's a complicated and high quality movement, based on other watches on ebay i've seen.

Case is about 37mm in diameter (not including the knobs/lugs), with steel gray (my opinion) color dial, and stainless steel back.

Serial Number is "90208".

Note, the small dial at the top is denominated in Kilometers, not miles.  Perhaps this is a European version of this watch.
