Payment: if item is not being paid within 4 days (96 hours) after its purchase, the sale will be terminated and the item will be relisted -you may not be able to re-buy this particular item.

 

Disclaimer: All timepieces we sell are not waterproof unless stated in the listing. We are not professional watchmakers so are not aware of many details. Automatic vintage watches of course do not have the same accuracy of a quartz watch and may go up to +2/-2 minutes per day. 

Domestic Shipping: Free Domestic Shipping everywhere in continental US. We ship within 3 business days at most since receiving cleared payment. (In order to avoid lost packages at delivery) we ship the item fully insured, well packaged and to the eBay authenticator. 

For additional legal protection (just in case something happen to the content of the package during the shipment) we encourage the buyer to videotape the opening of the box in a safe location (not inside the shipping location). This will protect both buyer and seller in case anything happens to the package during its transit to destination.

International Shipping:  We ship within 3 business day since receiving cleared payment. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, nor to APO nor FPO addresses. We do not offer return option for international sales. Since we do not ship to every Country, (unless you are using eBay International Shipping option) please contact us prior to place your order.  

- Tracking number will be mailed to you after shipping has been processed;

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price nor shipping cost, and will fully be covered by the buyer. Please be aware that VAT import duty tax is NOT included in the price  For any concern, please check with your Country's customs office or with your local reliable post office or Fedex to find out your tax % to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying. 

- Declaring a gift does not work, it is based on the insured value of the item. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility.

- We reserve the right to choose which foreign Countries to ship to according to our evaluation of the reliability of the postal service of that Country.

Return Terms and Conditions

We accept items for return within 14 days if we have made an error in our description and if we are contacted within 14 days since the item has been delivered, and the item is returned in the same exact condition as it was sent to the buyer (i.e. including all protective plastics/tape, hang tags & accessories such boxes, papers, etc., as applicable). Therefore, until you are positive that you will be keeping the watch, do not wear it, or it will affect the return. 

In any way, all sales are limited to a 14-day return policy for all reasons and seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced and to a period of 14 days following its delivery.

Warranty: We do not offer warranty on this product as the timepiece will go through the eBay's authenticator inspection prior to being shipped to the buyer.  

We do not accept items for return that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the buyer or by an agent of the buyer. This includes alteration or damage to any part of the item. We do not accept for return or refund packages that are refused at Customs.
