•Searchlight clockwork army truck made in England by Mettoy Playcraft Ltd.•Probably late 1940s
•Tinplate with camouflage decoration
•Searchlight attachment with on/off switch. Small cog with wheel to move up and down and around. Glass and bulb missing, wiring appears to be intact, searchlight casing a little dented.
•Truck complete, steering wheel lost and no seated soldiers (4 originally). Some rusting to base/battery compartment with small piece broken off.
•Key and clockwork movement intact but not working.
•Wheels intact with axles but centre holes to front wheels badly worn.
•Condition good only, suffers from numerous scratching but still solid. Have had for many years in a display cabinet and was bought like this, no further deterioration since I bought it.
