For sale today we have this superb stoneware Art Nouveau vase by Eliza Simmance for Doulton Lambeth. A striking piece, the vase is beautifully decorated using the pigment brush technique or "New Style" as it was known at the time. The design is very much from the naturalistic Art Nouveau school, and features a well realised band of Lilac coloured, Lily style flowers around the bottom portion, while to the top rim there are further vines of budding flowers. All set against a mottled White ground.

Stands 13" tall x 6" across. Stamped Doulton Lambeth lion mark with date shield "w" for 1922. Incised ES 442 mark as shown.

A wonderful, large and elegant vase presented for sale in excellent condition throughout, free from damage or repair. A great addition to your collection!
