Published around the end of the 1800 in stunning pictorial, gilded brown cloth binding by Cassell & Co with incredibly detailed and numerous illustrations which are the trademark of Cassell, including full page illustration and gilded page ends

This set is complete in 3 larger volumes (compared to a different 6 volumes set also available from Cassell)

Offered in good condition with wear that can be expected from books of this age, with repairs to spine, small tears to spine, occasional foxing, etc.
