This pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes are made of a bright, blue suede leather upper. It is their "Harlow" shoes, which are a pair of suede, platform, wedge heels or wedges with wooden heels, triangular cut outs, peep toes, and lace up front closure. A gorgeously funky pair of shoes!
