Large Antique German / Saxony Hand Blown Enamelled Glass Wedding Stein d. 1856

This is a very beautiful 19th century enamelled glass & pewter mounted wedding / celebration hand blown glass stein, dated 1856. From the Saxony region of central Germany. The motto in script on the blue ribbon reads ' es gehe dem ganzen hause wohl une eem dem der daraus trinhen soll '.

CONDITION in excellent condition - as per images

The overall condition is as you would expect from an object of substantial age that has been displayed/handled/used, usually over the lifetimes of several owners.
