Item was purchased as part of an online auction and was bought as new with other Legos. Item was placed on a shelve, stored in a clean smoke free room with out direct sunlight.

The tape is still on the new box but looks like someone tried to lift it from a corner. Not knowing if someone tried I peeled it very carefully and looked inside. All sealed bags are included in the set as well as the papers and manual. I did this a while ago as I was going to keep this set for me. I am not going to touch it as I did once confirming contents. Sorry didn't get a picture as this was going to be part of my private collection. The correct weight is right per Brick Link.

I provided pictures of the tape area so you can judge for yourself as this is an expensive set.
