Lens overall is in very good condition. The elements are free of any major scratches or dust. There is some very light internal haze, I have shot with this lens in both film and digital and have seen zero effects on the image. The focus and aperture are very smooth. The lens body is very clean. Includes original rear cap, original Leitz Canada 12524 square lens hood and a black reproduction Leica metal cap. The serial number 2974779 shown in the Eclan list shows this was in the first batch of version 4 Summicrons. I’ve included a digital image with this lens showing what images look like with this lens.
