Lovely heart-shaped cobalt blue glass toothpick holder in the Degenhart design with an oval base.  After 1978 when Mrs. Degenhart died, the maker's mark was removed when the castings were sold.  It is a lovely piece to grace your table and add to your cobalt collection.  No chips.
