Antique Fan, FAcher, Eventail, Ventaglio, Abanico Legyezo, Leque, Ogi, Uchiwa. 

 Beautiful Ladies Victorian 19th Century French MOTHER OF PEARL & PAPER FIGURAL SCENE BRISE FAN.

 This Ladies fan is wonderful decorated with an outdoor garden court scene hand painted with personages  on front   and verso. It has 14 mother of pearl sticks.  All the MOP sticks and the guards are elaborate carvings, pierced and inlaid gilded silver application (piquè work). The sticks are connected with a petite clear stone in both side. Attached to the ring is a hand tied silk tassel of significant size. Wonderful craft man work!!!

Condition: Beautiful condition as pictured for a antique piece. The MOP sticks are in perfect condition. The fan open and close in perfect condition.  The tassel is in fragile condition. Some parts come off easily. Must be handled delicately. We remove the fan outside the frame so you can see the exact condition of the piece. For further security in the packing, the package will be made with the fan separated from the frame. If want  the buyer will place it again in the same. We add several pictures in great details.  The item is SOLD AS IS, as we found. See!! The buyer can choose if want the frame or prefer only the fan. We will adjust the s&h cost.

This antique  piece over 130 years old,  would make a wonderful addition to any collection.
