Turn it over and has stains might be BLOOD. Two boxes. This is dust, drity, bits of bits from over time. Might be best to open outside and blow out or clean before display. Sold as sold I don't clean item.
Condition: All have the same markings. Three cups, values, box, and suction device. Suction device pull open and close. Values open. Boxes has wear from age. Black box had top handle missing. It seem someone might paint it? Cups seem in good condition. They are drity and shows some oxidation on top. Bits of black plastic from rubber tube and rings in box. Apron you have be gentle when moving it around. BEST to look over pictures and zoom in tell the condition.
