This is a plastic model. Not sure of the scale. Could be 1/20. Measures about 8"L X 3 1/2"W.  Very good condition with some minor scratches. There is a button on the hood that when pushed extracts the rear fins, and equipment from the sides as shown. There is an on off switch on the bottom that may operate the lights but I'm not sure. Sold as is. A very unique piece. Nice color.
