Old Balloon Lady  . This is not the Royal Dalton version, but a mini version about 3 1/2 inches high. Made in Occupied Japan between  1945- 1952 This is stamped on the bottom. Not the years.   There are also some black writing on the bottom .Undecipherable. These figures were painted by hand, so there are some paint spatters under the glaze.  Really  in lovely condition for it's age. Please see all pictures. Thanks for looking.
