1) General - If or any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the situation before leaving negative feedback. I want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please note that I do not accept returns for items that are not suitable (changed mind, etc) or do not fit.
2) Postage & Packing - I always obtain a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office. I will try to assist you in every way I can in the event of an item arriving damaged or being lost, however, I cannot be held responsible should this happen. After the item has been sent, all responsibility lies with the Royal Mail.
I will combine postage charges if more than 1 item purchased.

4) Item Descriptions - All of my items are described as accurately as possible and any imperfections etc will be detailed in the auction. If you require any further information regarding the condition of an item before bidding, please e-mail me.
5) Payment - Payment is required within 3 days of the auction ending. If payment is not received by then, I will send you a reminder via eBay. If there is a reason you cannot pay within 3 days (going on holiday, for example), please let me know before the auction ends.
6) Payment Methods - My preferred method of payment is PayPal. I also accept personal cheques/postal orders but please note that the item will not be sent until your cheque has cleared (normally 5 days).
