S. clone pendulus var. kizarae (S 5g) Clone of S. ionanthus subsp. pendulus.

S. pendula var. Kizarae is one of the most desirable of the species Saintpaulia. It forms a large trailing plant quite readily. The flowers are fairly large and showy, and a clear blue color with just a tint of lavender. (description from gesneriads.info). 

Growers often complain species plants aren't showy bloomers.  This variety makes mockery of that - it blooms easily.
