This RARE original release PVC Figure play set has NEVER been used and is still SEALED in the original package! Other sets for Tangled were released in later years, but included far fewer characters! This one even has toddler Rapunzel, Pascal, and a few of the "Pub Thugs" from the "Snuggly Duckling"! Packaging is in good condition, but please note there is some minor corner / edge bumping to some of the cardboard detail, and a little bit of yellowing near the sticker seals, some of which are starting to come loose.
