Bailey Retreat Sycamore 2012 - 6 Berth Caravan with Dometic / Kampa Air Pro 260 Awning in excellent condition!

Lounge:

Open plan living with wrap-around sofa. Lots of storage space under seating, plus over head lockers & set of drawers with space for TV above. We have the original fitted carpet for the lounge included but we haven't used it! There is a large front window shelf (35cm wide) behind the couch with plug sockets there, plus additional plug sockets including a 12v socket above the drawers. There is strip lighting below all of the lockers plus additional corner lighting between lockers, several reading lights & 12v LED lights above (surrounding the skylight). There is also a Radio/CD/MP3 player with MP3 player connection point in a dedicated locker & we have upgraded the speakers & added 2 new speakers so it is now surround sound & much better sound quality! The surround sound can be hooked up to the TV too. Status 530 telescopic directional television aerial & aerial point for portable satellite dish connection also in one locker. The front seating area also converts into a huge bed! The seating is in immaculate condition as they have been covered in additional fitted covers since new. The covers will be included with the sale (there are 2 sets so theres always a spare when one set is in the wash!) or you can of course not use the fitted covers and just use the originals. The original covers are also removable, washable & reversible. There is a red leaf print on the other side of the cushions so you can have them facing either way up.

Dining Area:

Large L shape dinette / booth area with lots of storage space under the seating. The dining table is telescopic so can be pushed down to the same height as the seating which then makes the base to another double bed. We also have the original fitted carpet for the dining area but again, we havent used it. Lots more lockers over head with more storage. The dining table can also be removed if you did want to open up the space, and it also slides back & forth so you can push it over the seating area or pull it towards the kitchen for easier access to the storage space under the seating. LED lighting over dining area plus strip light under lockers & reading lights at either end. There are also fitted back cushions which go all the way around the seating area (not pictured) but we have found it more comfortable with scatter cushions there instead. Again, all the dining seating comes with fitted covers that we bought separately so the original seating underneath is in immaculate condition.

Kitchen:

Dual fuel hob including 3 gas rings & an electric hotplate. Skylight is positioned over the hobs which is ideal when cooking. Fitted, stainless steel 700 watt microwave oven, large Dometic 117 litre fridge freezer (the freezer compartment is also removable), gas oven & grill in excellent condition as rarely used as we tend to use our air fryer for everything. Sink has a fitted draining board cover and a fitted chopping board to cover the sink to increase worktop space when cooking if needed. We have also made an additional work top space which fits over the hobs to extend the worktop space when not using the hobs. LED lighting both over head & under all the cupboards. Loads of storage drawers & cupboards & a pull out rack for tins etc.

Bathroom:

Large circular shower cubicle, belfast style sink, linen basket and 2 heated towel rails (one next to the shower & one next to the basin). Swivel Thetford C-260 cassette toilet with integrated header tank (toilet is ceramic & not plastic like in most caravans). There are doors either side of the bathroom, one is a sliding door & the other a regular door. There is also another skylight in the bathroom. Toilet is emptied via the cassette locker outside. There is also a fitted carpet for the bathroom which is included that we have not used.

Bedroom:

Fixed double French bed with wardrobe at the foot of the bed with drawers underneath plus shelving & more drawers next to the bed plus over head lockers containing shelving & second Radio/CD/MP3 player with MP3 player connection point in locker above bed. There are fitted speakers under the lockers. The mattress is on hydrolics so easily lifts up to access a huge storage space underneath. Skylight over bed which is quite nice at night to watch the stars! 

Remis blinds & fly screens on all windows & skylights. There is also a slide across fly net for the main doorway. Doorway is also a stable door which is great for Summer days.

External:

Awning:

Comes with a Dometic / Kampa Air Pro 260 Awning with awning flooring. Literally takes minutes to take down & put up. We did have a full length poled awning for the caravan before this awning but found it far too big & the poles rattled in the wind so we went with the smaller porch air awning instead.

Lots of external lockers for storing all your outside bits (camping chairs, BBQ etc). Exterior gas BBQ point & also a plug located on the side of the caravan.

We have owned this van for a few years now & are only selling as we have decided to upgrade to a Static caravan instead. It is in excellent condition throughout.
