There are 2 Silver Tone Chains with Fancy Hearts Attached. Two Fancy Textured Hearts are Small, One is Large. There is also a Medallion with the Designer's Name on One side and Her Logo on the Other. 

There are Two Options for Attaching this: a Lobster Claw and a Key Ring.
