RARE LOS ANGELOS NORTHERN SOUL GARAGE!!  From the estate of a dj who had a treasure trove of 45s, most promos. Highland Records 1183, PROMO, produced in 1967.  The flip side, Sweet, Sweet Baby.  Stored in a plain white sleeve.  The label has a date on it, which could be the date he/she obtained the 45 RPM or when it was released - the date is 5/25/66.  The record LOOKS QUITE PLAYABLE; Side A (Champagne..) has some light scuffs and/or smudges, would grade that side alone as VG++; Side B has no scratches, scuffs, or smudges, would grade that side NM.  I'll provide an overall grade of VG++.
