This beautiful Vintage Bultaco Enduro has been restored from the ground up, to include a full engine rebuild by Hugh’s Bultaco Classics. All components of this matching numbers bike function as designed. Both the magneto and battery circuits operate per specifications. Horn is loud and clear. Speedo needle does not bounce, odometer works, and trip meter is resettable. This bike has the parking light feature (small light bulb in headlight and taillight bulb on battery circuit lights up when engine is not running per switch on handlebar). It also had an adjustable headlight (up and down). Features needed for companion in Europe at the time. Hence the two handlebar controls. Yellow button is horn, red button is “kill” switch, both sets of redundant switches work lights, one for magneto circuit the other for battery (battery when not running). Bike comes with chain guard, but not installed as the new set of Perelli Scorpion tires can rub and damage the inside of the guard if air pressure is lowered or hard use is encountered (recommend keeping it off the bike). Also, a set of repair manuals. NOTE: The dent in the muffler was a common “owner” addition. It keeps you from melting the heal of your right-side riding boot, but not a factory dent.  Can be easily fixed by taking out the bolts and removing the bazooka pipe spark arrestor at mid-point and pounding the dent out.  I’d keep it there; your heal will thank you.

The bike was in original condition before Restoration; however, it was run hard. I am the third owner. It had no frame or structural damage. Since restoration bike has been in a climate-controlled garage for the last 10 years and only ran a few times. It will need a new a new 6-voltbattery (6N4B-2A-3), easily found on the internet for around $30.

The following list are things that were done during the Restoration.

• The cylinder was re-honed, new piston, bearings rings and gaskets.
• Bike is fitted with a rebuilt original Bing Carburetor.
• The Frame was Sandblasted and Painted.
• Fresh paint was applied to the Fuel Tank and Plastics. (resealed inside of tank) 
• The plastics were repaired where needed.
• New fenders fitted.
• Headlight and taillight replaced.
• A nice original seat was fitted.
• The wheels were completely rebuilt with all new spokes, nipples and Akront decals.
• New wheel bearings were installed.
• New swing arm bushings and chain guides installed.
• The hubs were refinished.
• New brakes were fitted.
• All the cables were replaced.
• New levers and handlebars, and grips were used.
• The rear suspension was replaced.
• Front fork rebuilt.
• All electrics went through and repaired and refreshed as needed.
• New speedometer and front wheel drive gear fitted.
• Serial Numbers Matching. (Frame & Engine)

Bill of Sale Only, and a Vermont “registration” and plate. Bike does not have a title due to age, Bike is Sold As-Is.
