Photos form the description

From a collection of mainly old carpentry related tools. Please note the last photo shows a small part of chipped iron that the rear blade adjusting knurl sits on. This however does not affect it's use as a working block plane.

A vintage Stanley England No 60 + 1/2 low angled adjustable mouth block plane. It is 6 inches long and weighs 525g unpackaged. The low angled plane sits on a 12 degree bed. The front depressed brass knob also acts as the mouth adjuster. This can be adjusted to suit both fine and coarse plane work. The model number is engraved on one side. Also the previous owner's initials are engraved on one side. The sole is smooth without any damage.
