All items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class within the UK (Usually 2-3 days)
Please contact us if you do not receive your item after 20 days from dispatch date. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or your local postal service. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days after due date.
RETURNS POLICY
If a mistake is made by us a replacement will be sent by us promptly.
If an item is lost is we will issue a replacement promptly it is not our policy to issue a refund on lost items , whatever the reason.
do not buy from elsewhere if your order is lost , we will not refund you , we will only offer a replacement.
Lost parcels are not a common occurrence.
