Shimano threaded headset, model HP-7400, from about 1990.

Excellent condition with only expected abrasions from a previous installation.

Judging by the bearing races and the condition of the Kestrel fork it came off from, I estimate perhaps 500 miles at most. The prior owner went with the aheadset-type system.

Stored properly inside without exposure to moisture.
