Shoulder - 20" measured straight across the front, shoulder seam to seam
Chest - 26" measured straight across the front, underarm seam to seam
Sleeve - 26.5" measured from the shoulder seam
Length - 25" measured from the collar seam (nape) to the bottom hem (down the back)
The best thing to do is to compare the measurements here to the measurements of a similar item that you own and that fits you well.
