Antique Vtg J. W. Spear German LOTTO Board Game Toy Native American Indian Tepee

This piece has wear consistent with age and use. As you can see from the photos, there is wear and small spots of discoloration to top. There is wear and some small tears along edges of box (and it is slightly misshapen).  There is some old handwriting on the inside of the lid.  There should be 90 wooden numbers but there are only 62. The cards and the numbers have wear and minor discoloration.  Please refer to photos.
