US of America Official White House Historical Association Sterling Medal First Lady- Bess Truman.  1972 proof stamped Sterling on its edge.  With this in it's protective barrier, I wasn't able to get the exact weight on this.  From my research, this weighs 33.18 grams.

The front of this medal depicts Bess Truman.  On the back, the White House is featured along with some information on Bess Truman. 'A wise and practical help to her husband, she supported effort to rebuild rather than replace the White House.'
